A superb service. we originally booked pre pandemic and Hannah did a marvellous job booking & confirming flights/trains/hotels/events/transfers…and then early pandemic - having to cancel & repeat … and then late pandemic – having to cancel & repeat again and finally (third time lucky) finalising what turned out to be an extremely enjoyable seven day break in Verona and Venice. Both hotels (Accademia and Metropole)were high quality in all respects and being centrally located were a very good base to explore. All the wrap-around stuff (transfers etc) that are important for a smooth break worked well and we will probably use the company again.
