Thank you so much! We had a fantastic holiday and your organisation was brilliant! We were made to feel special from the time we boarded the Belmond Pullman in Victoria station until our arrival at Venice airport on return. Transfers within Venice were excellent. The hotel was amazing - we have never met such welcoming hotel staff (at all levels) and they couldn't do enough for us. The hotel itself was beautiful. The tasting menu we had on our second night there was very special. Special thanks must go to our private tour guide, Arianna - she was extremely knowledgeable and we couldn't believe that four hours of walking could go so quickly! Arianna rearranged our gondola ride for us, as the evening we were to go was forecast to be wet and she purchased advance tickets for the Doges Palace for us to save us time the next day.
