Great service from start to finish. We arranged a 6 person visit to Milan to visit the opera at La Scala for an 80th birthday surprise. Hannah Netting looked after the reservation and we were all greatly impressed by all elements of the location and quality of the hotel, the knowledge of Donatella who led the guided tour of Duomo and Last Supper and the opera was also thoroughly enjoyable. It was made even more special by a bottle of champagne and canapes waiting in the room on check in for the birthday girl ! It was excellent value for money and we all had a fantastically memorable visit.
