We had as really excellent four days three nights. the taxis both from and to the airport were punctual, clean, driver attired in a suit (makes a change these days) helpful with the luggage and also with my mobility in and out of the taxi. The hotel was very good, attentive, staff happy and extremely helpful. I say this because they went on line and got our return boarding passes. Breakfast very good and on our return one evening we had the room service but served in the atrium which was suggested. The room was very pleasant and the bathroom had everything we would require. The bath was a jacuccie style and very modern. As for the Opera and everything connected, no words would be enough to say how much we enjoyed it all, our seats were in a wonderful position , at the right level with the stage and especially when it came to reading the words in English is was but an upward glance. The Verona pass was very useful, we used it for the buses but was not valid for taxis or trains when we went to the lake. Extremely useful for visiting monuments etc. In all a wonderful trip with good flights to and from the UK and thank you at Italian Short Breaks for all the effort you put into these trips. Both my friend and I will be using your services again, hopefully in the not too distant future. We have Iceland in mind! Margaret Hook
