Everything ran according to plan. The seats at La Scala were good, the car pick up to and from Malpensa very smooth, hotel staff friendly and efficient. The only slight disappointment was that we had not expected to have to pay the transport cost to the Last Supper. When the guide suggested she rang for a taxi we didn't realise we would be paying for it. Only a small point but perhaps the itinerary needs to be clarified, especially as the holiday was not cheap.
