Wonderful trip! The hotels were all wonderful, centrally located, good service, fine rooms. The tickets for the three operas were the best possible! So ALL of the main features of the trip were excellent. Two suggestions, however. We received the packet only a few days before we were to leave the states and had to download a lot of paper at a hectic time...A little earlier would have been helpful Second, the "pick ups" were all good except for Milan. We were told to meet the driver at the exit but with ho details (i.e. exit from train, station, etc.) As it is a huge station with three main exits and hundreds of travelers, we couldn't find the driver, nor he us...a very specific location to meet there is really necessary All told, it was a great trip and I would highly recommend it!
