Organisation very efficient. Excellent seats at La Scala. Transfers on time and comfortable.
Wondered what the definition of a Superior room was at the Rosa Grand hotel? Although both rooms were comfortable neither had any view. One was far lighter than the other which was much smaller and darker. Also the second room had no bath although the shower was spacious. Staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly.
