Excellent care and service from start to finish. The Hotel was a gem. Family run in a quiet area, beautifully decorated, friendly and helpful staff and a good breakfast. The Spa was a pleasant surprise with a sauna, steam room, heated relax beds, jacuzzi and a small pool. With the 2 day Verona pass and airport pick up it was really good value for money as well. Highly recommended.
