All ok but if you are going to the Palio make sure you pay extra for the seats, the ones given by the company are completely inadequate and mean you cannot see the start or finish of the race. I thought this aspect was not clear in the information you get from the company although when we have complained they deny this. I emailed whilst we were away to see if the could do anything to help with the view we had, all I got was a phone number to ring of the person they buy the tickets from. I rang him and we ended up paying €1000 for tickets on top of what was already an expensive holiday, we paid as we are unlikely to be able to afford this again. I doubt we would book with them again, I feel once they have your money they’re not then very interested.
