Very simple process, filled out online form and same day spoke to Tom. Extremely helpful and passed all my information onto finance team at Vanguard. Follow up calls all made same day. Still awaiting decision on acceptance of IVA but fingers crossed this goes through. Feel like at least one weight has been lifted of my shoulders. Thank you.
