The refund policy states they offer a full refund. I have been trying to request a refund for over a week and they continue to try and negotiate a partial refund to keep the items. They first came back with 10%, then 20% and now 40%. I repeatedly have had to ask for a full refund per their policy and it has gotten quite frustrating. Better to order from shein where the refund policy is easy and no questions asked or any negotiating.
