AVOID.. I ordered my IV Rose 8 months ago and the items were shockingly low quality, if I order an item online and the quality isn’t what is expected, I can understand but my major issue is their shocking returns policy. If you want to return an item it is incredibly difficult, I have returned my items 8 months ago, paid postage, tracked etc and I still have not had my money returned, you have to send your items and pay for postage to china, and then to not get a refund is disgraceful. please be aware that if you purchase anything from IV ROSE and expect a refund you will not get one. I am quite frustrated that this company come up first on all google searches and are the worst quality, the most shocking online clothing company I have ever ever dealt with, google need to review who they are allowing to pay for their advertising space! Absolutely shocking!
