To start of with, the order took a while, okay no problem bit of patience! When it finally arrived, the dress had a fault (ripped at the back of it) despite paying shipping insurance which wasn’t expensive but bare in mind the amount of people that have technically been scammed. Absolute waste of time, learn to look after people’s stuff, bit of consideration please! Refund
