I ordered a dress from IV Rose. When received, the quality of the item was so poor and cheap, I sent the item back (£7 to Germany!!??) for refund. Four months later and I have received nothing. Communications are poor, details lost etc. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They sell shoddy garments and their refund process is appalling
