I buy from IVRose regularly because they have some outfits that you just can't get anywhere else. It's slow delivery and a bit hit and miss occasionally on the quality, but the prices are good so you put up with it. Occasionally though the outfits look absolutely NOTHING like the pictures - different shapes, different styles, patterns. Once even I bought what was meant to be a jumpsuit and it came as a top and bottom! But returns are a hassle as they're not in the UK, so if it's just one thing, you may as well just take it to a charity instead. Horses for courses. But this last time, 4 out of 5 things I bought were just too bad - mis-sized, bad quality, not good, so I decided to return. £15 on postage to Germany, and I know it arrived with them because they emailed me when it arrived to ask for my tracking number... which I had lost. But I know they got it, and I know the items were in immaculate condition. So, not only did I pay £15 for return postage but they are denying me over £120 in returned goods refunds! One loyal customer who used to big them up wherever possible has just turned to a never-again, and I will happily tell everyone who'll listen to avoid them like the plague. Thanks IVRose
