If I could give them no stars I would.
I ordered an item weeks ago, despite having an open PayPal dispute and them informing us several times the item has been a sent - despite me telling them I won’t take delivery of it they have failed to return my money.
PayPal are now dealing with this matter.
The company is in China. Their communication is poor and they reply with benign responses ignoring all requests.
