Order all matching items in black only the inquire on ETA and be told that they can send out brown in a few items because they did not have black in stock. I did not want mismatch items so I asked for refund. This business is slow to respond which is not quality on customer service. I thought I would order in the future but…..I won’t because I now can’t even get info on how long before refund hits my account.
