I have been shopping with this company for many years, i even email things to find for me like shoes and bags. I LOVE LOVE this company. Sometimes i get things very quickly. I live is Mininosta .Sometimes it take weeks but i always get my product. Yes its hard to get customer service .i find it is easier to email them.
