Excellent customer service throughout purchase. Would use Jack;s Garden store again and recommend it to friends. Ordering was easy, with Jo doing a stock check with her suppliers and getting back to us within 5 minutes. Once on order she chased up delivery and kept us informed. The items, a large 8 seater patio set arrived with no issues or problems.
