I am not a customer of Jack's Garden Store. However, my credit card was used fraudulently through the Internet and so I contacted via the site, Dominic, who was acting as manager during the owner's holiday. He was kind enough to call me and discuss the matter and express great concern that this had happened. Customer service is what it's all about...and theirs is fantastic. thank you so much!
