Following my email requesting availability of the item (website said it was currently out of stock) I was contacted by phone within 48 hours and told that they had located one of the item and that if I required it they would reserve the item pending me placing the order. I then received a phone call 15 minutes later confirming that the item was available. Item was subsequently delivered 3 days later. This is the first time I have used the supplier but I would not hesitate in recommending them for communication, service, delivery and most importantly price. Excellent service from a company interested in the buyer and reasons for purchasing and not just chasing orders.
