I ordered a Herb Wheel which arrived very quickly. Unfortunately there was a bit of a problem with the Herb Wheel itself, which was not the fault of Jack's Garden Store, but they dealt with it immediately and efficiently and I received a replacement wheel within a couple of days. I was very pleased with their response and they were lovely to deal with. I would have no hesitation in ordering from them in the future.
