I wanted to buy a rose arch as a birthday gift for my mother. I was undecided about my choice and called for advice. Jo called me back and gave me really useful guidance. This was at the end of the business day on a Monday and I wanted the arch to arrive in time for my mother's birthday party on Saturday. I was amazed when I received a tracking message on Wednesday morning telling me that my gift was out for delivery, arriving at my mother's address before lunchtime! And I had a follow-up message from Jo to check that everything was ok with my order! Mum was delighted with the arch and I will definitely use Jacks Garden Store again (this was my second order with them). Great job, thanks to Jo and team!
