Fantastic customer service. Unfortunately the table I ordered was supplied substandard by the manufacturer. I won't try to describe the saga that took place by the manufacturer/supplier suffice to say it beggars belief how they stay in business. However on contacting Joanna in customer services she sorted it all, keeping me informed all the time.
I can honestly say that I cannot remember the last time I received such truly fantastic service and will not hesitate in using Jack's garden store again
