Loved the actual letter I received from Jo, including a sweet fridge magnet! Their service is second to none...friendly, funny and delightful. I ordered a garden arch which turned out to be EXACTLY what I imagined and...delivered on time. What more can I say?....other than, this is the first time I've ever filled in one of these feedback reviews, and I shop online a lot.
