The order was delivered promptly by a very friendly and helpful courier. The product itself was sturdy and as seen on the site. I actually ordered by phone and found the lady who took my order very helpful. Nicest of all was the personal letter that arrived a few days later. I loved the personal touch -- and the fridge magnet is on display!
