Excellent service - first part of the order was received within 2 days of placing the order, the second a day later. Packaging on that item was a bit inadequate, but I suspect it was their supplier's fault - a heavy item like a parasol base needs more than a cardboard box around it - a strong sack would have been better.
Correspondence with the firm was excellent, both by e-mail and phone - and I appreciated the "thank-you" letter afterwards - a nice touch
