Although I haven't put my flatpack arbour together yet, I was very impressed with the delivery which was exactly on time and the driver was very pleasant and put the large and heavy package into the garage for me. He also advised me to assemble it before painting so that if there was problem, Jack's would be able to help, so I am very impressed with the service so far. The arbour looks very solid and sturdy and much better than I was expecting for the price.
