Excellent service. I was contacted very shortly after ordering my shed and delivery arrangements were made. Ordering from Jack's Garden Store felt like ordering from a company with old fashioned values and customer service. The only glitch was that delivery could only be made between 08:00 and 18:00, my shed arrived at 17:55. I rang the delivery company at 16:30 and they told me I should have received a text informing me that delivery would be made between 15:00 and 18:00 but they could see that a text was not sent to me. This is no reflection on Jack's as this is obviously out of their control. Very pleased with the shed which was purchased from Jack's at the lowest price I could find.
