A well-designed website makes ordering easy. I ordered a log store and it arrived fairly quickly. As I live in the Scottish Highlands it has been handled by several couriers and was slightly damaged. But they had supplied three extra nails and I was able to reattach the parts that had separated. The end result is a good, weatherproof log store for a hundred quid. Even here the delivery was included.
