I initially attempted to order a number of items online in November 2018, however they were out of stock. I was subsequently contacted by Jo at Jacks Garden Store stating that she would email me should the items become available. In January 2019, Jo recontacted me with a number of options, resulting in us purchasing a garden set, parasol and cushions. Unfortunately the parasol base I required was no longer available however Jo very kindly emailed me a photograph of the type of base I would need to fit the table I had purchased. I was contacted within a matter of days by the delivery company and took delivery of my items within 6 days of placing the order. Jo was friendly and efficient and the overall customer service from this company has been second to none. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
