Excellent service, a competitive price and a pleasing on the eye chiminea. It was well packed and delivered by a helpful driver who carried it through the house to the patio. Instructions stated that it would benefit from a 'winter coat'. I telephoned Jo who was most helpful and ordered it on my behalf - it arrived the next day. Good to be able to speak to a person and not an answering machine. Highly recommended company.
