Very happy with the customer service and timescales for delivery, especially given the lockdown. However, PLEASE reduce your use of polystyrene packaging. There are so many alternatives to this vile stuff. Polystyrene was recently reclassified as probably carcinogenic by the WHO and a styrene gas leak killed around a dozen poor folk in India in May. Styrene is a menace in the environment. I'd rate 5 if I hadn't received a huge delivery of polystyrene.
