Very good service from Jack's Garden Store. The seat was bought as a gift for the parents and arrived quickly. Only minor issue was the delivery company ( came direct from manufacturers ) didn't confirm the day that the seat would be delivered as I was expecting them to do. No problem as retired parents were home.
