Excellent customer service from Jo, who went the extra mile to contact the manufacturer of my arbour for me when I was wondering when they might contact me. And the cheery letter and fridge magnet she sent was a lovely surprise during dark days of covid. I'm really glad I ordered through Jacks. They don't just take your money and then ignore you. How refreshing!
