We now have the most beautiful arbour in our garden, courtesy of Jacks, and we couldn't be more thrilled. The whole experience, from making the initial order, to the regular communication directly from Jo about delivery timescales during the Covid lockdown, to the quality of the product, has been superb. I would not hesitate to recommend Jacks and will definitely be a regular customer from now on!
