I found Jack's Garden Store to be very easy to deal with. I ordered a table and chair set and chose this company off other reviews. Prompt, courteous, and delivered on time when they said they would. Excellent garden set, well packaged on delivery, no damage, and I have even received a free fridge magnet since delivery with a 'thank you for your custom' letter. I can't fault their customer service, would definitely recommend them, and wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.
