I purchased what I thought was a “luscious” ponytail (according to the website) only to find that it was thin and not luscious at all. I can’t return it because I took it out of the packing. I’ve really wasted my money and to say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I really dislike putting negative reviews online but in this case it’s deserved. So my message is to be careful that you are sure you are happy before taking it all apart. Once you’ve done that - no refund!
