We contacted you when the gas engineers we had previously employed wanted to make a call-out charge when we asked for their advice. With yourselves there was no such reluctance - no only were you prepared in principle to give us a free estimate, but Allan in fact took considerable time to check out what might need doing and to explain this fully to us. All in all our first experience of your company has been excellent and we will certainly come back to you for annual boiler inspections, and for any other plumbing work we might need in the future.
