I needed urgent help for an elderly friend of mine and James Foy sent the excellent Alan around on the same day. Alan did a thorough investigation and clearly explained the problems and solutions available. He got the boiler working and only charged for one hour. He's going to prepare an estimate for some further work that needs doing and I'm confident that this will be well thought out, necessary and reasonably priced. First class service!
