Good customer service as our boiler did break over the Christmas period.
We were updated after a bit of problem with the suppliers and a wrong part being ordered, but James Foy did sort this out straight away and the engineer did stay till 8pm to give us heat and hot water again.
I would have no hesitation in recommending James Foy, as they are professional from the beginning to the end.
