They solved our problem brilliantly: arrived punctually (having telephoned in advance to confirm time of arrival) and the engineer was not only really thorough, but even managed to have a friendly chat about local charity cycling routes, which was welcomed by the student tenants in the property. Nice local business, I would use again.
