I would highly recommend your company to anyone, actually the plumber you sent to do the job ! The plumber, John, was efficient and a very pleasant young man and we couldn't fault his appearance. He completed the job quietly and in a very organised manner. He has left a key behind, it was used outside to turn off the water and it's about a metre in length.
