We had 2 leaks in our cold water tank, pouring through daughter's bedroom ceiling, and tripped the electricity! Phil came out and was very helpful - unlike United Utilities, who messed us about for more than a week, trying to get the water turned off from outside! The receptionist on the phone were fantastic, very friendly to deal with and very professional. Phil came out again, and had the problem sorted out very quickly. I can't fault any part of our dealings with James Foy Plumbing, and are now hoping to have them fit our new bathroom. Thanks for everything, P. Power.
