After having spent a great deal of time and money (that I will never get back) with another company, only to be left us with a doddgie shower and no hot water, James Foy Plumbing where a breath of fresh air and restored my faith is humanity. I rang the office in the morning to be greeted by a very efficient receptionist, the engineer was sent out that day and arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable about the problem with the hot water and fixed it immediately. He continued to give advice on the shower and a solution, and came back on my next available time off to install it. Communication with the office was just as efficient right down to making payments over the phone, and the cost was also very reasonable. I cannot recommend this company highly enough, they really get the job done!
