The call handler was polite and ensured I was given an appointment to suit me. The engineer called me prior to the appointment and offered to come earlier (which I accepted). The engineer was friendly and polite, took time to talk me through what he was doing and why and didn't make any mess. The cost of the boiler service was reasonable, much cheaper than the well known national firms, with a discount for paying the engineer cash. A receipt was emailed to me. I would recommend.
