When you telephone this company you are immediately transferred to a helpful person, and not forced to listen to annoying announcements and loud music. They telephone you and give up dates on when to expect your engineer to arrive. The engineer did a thorough job, was helpful, happy to answer all my questions and make helpful suggestions.
