Called before arriving, arrived when agreed, had the correct part, fitted it, tested it, works, cleaned up, e-mailed invoice, took card payment over phone, receipt e-mailed back straight away. All this within 2 hours, with an excellent price. Additionally the guidance from James was with no pressure and the job completed with no fuss. Excellent service, will use again and recommend to all.
