I was let down by British Gas for a boiler service. They phoned at the last minute to cancel. So I phoned you who were able to offer a same day service at a very reasonable price. Staff from switchboard to engineer were very friendly.
Thank you for a prompt, reliable friendly service. I shall never use British Gas ever again.
