13th Dec, 2016 Dear Mr Foy, Just a quick line to say thank you for attending to our central heating repair. We are both very pleased with the efficiency that you company took to get our heating system back working properly. We'd also like to mention your engineer Peter Berry who attended. Peter was at our house for a full two days to carry out power flushing of our central heating system and fit new valves. The system was admittedly a bit of a mess and totally clogged up in places.
